"Dear All

Many thanks to everyone who has volunteered to help with the Shelf Moor race. At the moment we are still short of several helpers, especially at the start and finish, and maybe a bit in the middle. I know it is still a month to the race, but being a compulsive worrier as a result of my genes, it would ease my mind to get a few more spots sorted out.
