Well done MarkO - this years winner of the Bullock Smithy - a short 56 miler through the Peaks!!!!!!!

Another great race today - thanks to all that travelled in the slightly uncertain weather and took part!!!! Not too bad in the end was it. Some impressive performances in the slow conditions - race was won by Dave Taylor from Dark Peak and Janet McIver took the ladies prize in the fantastic 6th place! Glossopdle's finest was once again Matt in another impressive 4th!

Thanks to Gordon (1st year as organizer!) and to all the club who once again made it a great well organized race. I think the prizes are going to be hard to beat next year.

Well it looks like it might be a wet race this year. We haven't seen Shelf Moor from under the mist and rain for about the last 2 weeks (presume it's still there!)!!!!

The race is partially flagged on the moor as in previous years, but because of the forecast standard FRA kit will be required and random kit checks will be inforce. Please don't risk not being allowed to run by not carrying the correct kit.
